A video has went viral showing a group of men harassing a Muslim couple and demanding money from them to set them free in Kashipur area of Udham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand.
Meanwhile, Uttarakhand top cop BS Siddhu has ordered registration of an FIR in the case.
The video shows the men misbehaving with the couple, asking them to reveal the proof of their identity by holding them hostage. The girl victim then stops an elderly Muslim fellow passing by on a motorbike seeking his help for their release from the goons.
The miscreants later demanded Rs 1,000 to set them free.
Nowadays These kinds of harassments have been very common in more or less every cities of India, but what exactly makes them do such horrendous stuffs? Is it the lack of education or unemployment or just the cultural values? I wonder how would they behave if somebody does the same stuffs to them?
